 PATHWAYS TO HEALTH CELEBRATES NEW NAME

AND NEW LOCATION

HOUSTON, TX –  In a serene atmosphere filled with visual beauty and the sounds of flowing water, the American Wellness Foundation, formerly Pathways to Health, is expanding its services to promote healing of mind, body, and spirit.  Along with its new name, The American Wellness Foundation, “Your Pathway to Health,” has moved to a new location at 6105 Beverly Hill, Suite 202, Houston, Texas 77057.    The grand opening will be celebrated Thursday, August 8, 2002, from 5:30-9:00 p.m.  For more information, please call (713) 622-8499.

            Owner Devra Lindsay says, “Our mission has been to provide our clients with education, support, and extraordinary service.  We believe our new location will allow us to take our work to a whole new level, offering expanded healing modalities while continuing to provide the service our clients have come to expect.”  Current offerings include colon hydrotherapy, lymphatic detoxification, enzyme therapy, and other services to assist those seeking wellness and harmony.  Registered massage therapist Terri Nishikawa also works from the American Wellness Foundation offices and can be reached at (713) 871-9959.

            When Ms. Lindsay was introduced to the former Pathways to Health as a client, she discovered a deeper understanding of her own body and of the healing process.   “Not only did I regain wellness of body,” Ms. Lindsay says, “but I was also guided to my life’s work as a colon therapist.”  She and her husband, Adam, are co-owners of the American Wellness Foundation. 

            The American Wellness Foundation plans to open an additional location next year at the Association for Research and Enlightenment (A.R.E.).
